Their MT5, It's slow, glitches a lot. Trading's tougher than it needs to be. They say, "Our spreads are narrow." Nope. They're wide. Costs more to trade, not what they promised.
Trying to get help from support? Forget it. Takes forever to hear back. And when they do? Not helpful. Feels like they don't know what they're doing or just don't care.
