Last week, I sent the documents. I'm worried because I didn't receive a confirmation email. I called, but no one picked up! I reached out through live chat, but no operator replied! Now, I'm risking freezing the bill. If this issue isn't resolved this week, I'll continue posting on all forums, reporting the company's actions.
