The withdrawal process is smooth, and the regulatory status is reassuring. However, the platform could be more responsive. I mean seriously, generally reliable but has moments of lag.

My experience with GtsenrgyMarkets has been a nightmare. I can't find customer service to help with my deposit, no one is reaching out, and I have over $10,000 stuck in my account that I can't seem to withdraw. It's frustrating and disappointing—definitely not the smooth trading experience I was hoping for.
