I'm really frustrated with Ace Markets right now. I can't access or log into my MT4 platform. This is terrible because I need to know how my trades are doing, but I'm left in the dark. They keep blaming it on my network, but surprisingly, other websites or brokers work just fine. What's the deal with that?

I remember trading with Ace Markets a while back and my experience was not great. Their trading platform was often unstable, and I would constantly get disconnected. When I contacted their customer support, they would always say they were looking into it but never offered any solution. It was frustrating and made trading with them very difficult.
