I'm disappointed with DerivFx's recent service. Despite assurances of a website update by December 17, it's now December 21, and the site remains inaccessible. Attached screenshots highlight the ongoing issue. Clarity and prompt resolution are crucial for user trust; I hope DerivFx can address this situation swiftly.
