As a user of UBK Markets, I am deeply disappointed with their customer service, they seem not to be customer-oriented at all. I requested a withdrawal a week ago but my money hasn't been returned yet. The only response I keep getting is to keep waiting. It feels like nobody cares about my concerns at all. I would not suggest using their services.
