I signed up, provided all the necessary documents, and saw on the website that I was verified. However, the account manager said there are some issues, and it's been 3 days without any response. He didn't mention any specific problem with my account or documents. I'm ready to provide additional documents if needed! I can't even test the platform with real money!

The broker is a scammer. I placed a sell stop-loss order, and when they realized the trade was profitable, they canceled it. The support is terrible, no one responds. Support is only useful during registration and before depositing funds. I regret registering and depositing with this broker.

I'd say they're pretty responsive when it comes to chatting. However, when it comes to withdrawal requests and stuff like that, they take ages compared to other brokers.
