I was trading XAUUSD as usual, and in the middle of the day, Roboforex suddenly closed the Gold markets. Now I’m stuck in a trade that I can’t control anymore, and I have no idea how long this will last. Has anyone experienced similar behavior in the past and had any luck with support on these issues? For now, I’m hoping it’s just a technical difficulty and that they will compensate for any losses if they occur, but I’m not sure.

I suffered consistent financial losses here due to sudden price jumps that were not visible on any other reputable price feed. My stop-loss orders were hit prematurely, often by large margins, and the broker’s only explanation was 'market volatility'—even when the market was stable.

Avoid this broker. It's a scam broker with no guarantees on operations and minimal language support. Offline, unable to close positions; when all trades are closed at night, the spread widens from 22 pips to 130 pips.
