When I contacted customer service, they told me I didn't maintain a balance because my investments dropped by less than 5%. I haven't made any withdrawals. Just checked the promotion again, and it clearly states that it's based on "Net Deposits = Total Deposits - Total Withdrawals." I'll say it again, I haven't withdrawn anything.
