MOVE STAY! They had stopped my positions without my permissions, when I asked before opening an account that nobody expect me could close any trade I would made. I was not in a big loss and they lie to me by saying that there was no stop-loss system. I am gonna close my account, disappointed.

Everything works well. Not sure what could be better. Don't much like the new platform but they have allowed continued use of the old platform so no complaints.

Hello, Three days ago, I deposited $2,500 into my account with login number 906175. Although the website states that the deposit will be credited instantly, three days have passed and the amount has not been added to my account. I have shared all the screenshots with the company, but they told me they are still waiting for confirmation from the payment provider. They said the process would be completed within 1 to 3 days, but the timeframe has now passed and there is still no result.

On three attempts to withdraw funds, it has taken longer than 10 working days for me to receive my funds, my personal bank statement is required each time i request a withdrawal. I still have no received my third withdrawal.

Worst customer service on the planet. They still haven’t processed my withdrawal requests. I was bewildered by its good reputation at first, but this broker is actually not strictly regulated. So regretful now.

Demo trading with demo accounts are okay, but never put your real money on this broker! They regulation condition is not good as other brokers, two of three licenses are suspicious clones. And you can also find that many other traders have exposed their scam deeds on the website. Stay away!
