Trading IM' customer service was responsive when I contacted them with a basic question. If they could provide metatrader platforms, that would be cooler!

Negocié varios pedidos en Trading im, pero finalmente me engañaron muchos pedidos y no pude retirar efectivo como se muestra en la siguiente imagen. ha pasado un año y todavía no puedo retirar efectivo hoy. tampoco he violado las regulaciones. no sé por qué no puedo retirar efectivo. ahora no tengo dinero. tengo problemas con mi esposa y yo. pido que mi problema se resuelva lo antes posible.
