I traded with this broker three months ago, and they were largely ok. However, their customer support was quite poor, and I had to chase them for deposits and withdrawals. They don’t have a client service manager, the sales person I interacted with never responds. The live chat is slow and often get transferred from one agent to another. Terrible!

Worried that wire transfer no longer works as a way to fund my account, and I was informed this morning that Skrill is not working either! Only Crypto is accepted, and for larger amounts this is cumbersome and time consuming. Ox, please provide a detailed explanation other than "we expect to have this resolved soon"

I'm experiencing difficulty withdrawing the full amount from a brokerage account. It's been over 1 week and I've followed up multiple times, only to be given excuses. It's not a huge amount, but not insignificant either (think about 2-3 months rent in London). Very suspicious.
