I recently tried using TP Trader, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The technical support was, at best, lacking. It was challenging to find a phone number to call when I needed assistance. Oanda sent emails with links, but these links were non-functional. Updates provided no clear step-by-step instructions, leaving users to figure out solutions on their own. It's evident that the documentation was written by technical personnel, without consideration for those navigating the system without technical expertise.
