If their customer service had responded faster, I think I would have given them five stars. I've been trading with them for more than half a year and the experience is generally good. They're not like any broker I've ever traded with. They're quick to execute, they offer a lot of educational resources and very professional customer service. The only drawback is that the speed of replying to emails is a little slow, and they often reply to my emails every other day.
