Starting with the positives, let's talk about trading platform performance. It's pretty solid, not gonna lie. But, every rose has its thorns, right? With EPFX, the glaring one for me is their customer service. To put in a polite term, it's 'lackadaisical'. Had an issue with a transaction once and getting a helpful, timely response was like pulling teeth.
Their withdrawal speed too can be a bit like a marathon, not a sprint. Keeping fingers crossed and just waiting for my withdrawal was not the most pleasant experience.
