Thus, I opened up the MT5 log in page however when I referred to the log-in credentials given to me, there wasn't a broker name included. So I seek help from the little green bubble and "Jalna" appeared almost immediately to address my concern. She gave me step by step instructions ensuring i get to where i intended. A good assistance indeed.
