Their account verification process was a real pain in the **** and their customer service was totally unhelpful. I mean, I tried to get some support, but it felt like they didn't really care about my problems. Long story short, I ended up giving up on opening an account with them. It's such a shame when companies make it so difficult for customers to give them their business.
