Accessing funds is convenient, and the exchange rates are reasonable. The staff members are highly professional and courteous. Unfortunately, they charge for managing overnight positions/overnight interest on non-overnight interest accounts. I had to close the account because the management fees accumulate quickly and are charged daily, becoming substantial over time.
