I can't withdraw for almost 2 days now and what does this mean and I have been trading with the broker for long

Be careful to this Newton Crypto exchange I deposit my BTCs to a based crypto exchange which is named 'Newton Global' few days ago, it took over 24 hours to be processed, it's way longer and quite abnormal behavior compared to those bigger exchanges, like Binance, OKX, Coinbase, Kraken etc., I asked Newton's rep, the rep told me it's just one time, it won't take that long in the future deposit. However I'm kind of doubtful what the rep told me, so I was thinking about if the deposit took that long, how about the withdrawal? So I requested to withdraw exactly the same amount of BTCs that I deposited, then it's been over 48 hours so far, it's still the 'Pending' review status, in meantime no one from Newton contacted me to tell me what's going on there. I opened a long position on USOIL at 66.175 with a stop loss set at 65.481, all good right? Wrong! Newton Global decides to randomly shut down trading on the pair for 30 whole minutes, no warning, no explanation, nothing! When things finally get back to normal, guess what? My stop loss gets triggered at 64.277! Seriously?! I have screenshots for proof, this isinsane!
