I contacted customer support via telephone and email but no one replies. It's now been 5 months and I still can't make a withdrawal. I know my money has gone just like their inaccessible website.

Didn’t have a good trading experience with this broker. I opened an account with them because of their low deposit requirement and flexible leverage, but it turned out to be a big mistake. The spreads are so wide that it's almost impossible to make a profit, and I can't even withdraw some of the money in my account. So Frustrating!
