I deposited USD 6,000, and my current account balance is USD 9,134. Despite numerous emails and repeated attempts to contact the broker, I have received no meaningful response or explanation regarding the status of my funds. In addition, I have completely lost access to my client portal, and the live chat has blocked my ability to send messages, leaving me with no effective way to communicate with the company. I can no longer access or use my account, and the company does not respond to my emails or support requests. I am unable to withdraw either my original deposit or my trading profits. EPlanet has provided no clear explanation, evidence, or timeframe for resolving the issue. I demand the immediate restoration of access to my account and the full withdrawal of all funds belonging to me.
