SCAM ALERT. Invite at min payment level then demand more investment, refuse to refund, and report to the police fraud squad.. do not use this scam.

I was about to make a transaction when I noticed that there was an error in my account, but after calling customer service, they fixed the problem in time. But next time I won't necessarily choose PROMARKETS, they don't have a formal regulator, which worries me.

Don't use this company. Yhey rip you off your crypto. All if a sudden they decided to take off a bunch of crypto. A lot of people lost a shitload of money. Crooks and dishonest company.

I've had a rather disappointing experience with PROMARKETS. The wins and losses seem to be unrealistic and almost artificial. Whether you make a profit or incur losses, it doesn't make much of a difference because the real challenge comes when you try to withdraw your funds. It's frustrating to see money mysteriously vanish from your account without any clear explanation.

At first, I thought PROMARKETS was a legitimate broker with no issues during trading. But it wasn't until I tried to withdraw my funds that I realized their true colors. They have been delaying my withdrawal request and constantly making excuses. Stay away from them if you don't want to be scammed.
