八十多天还不交易

This broker has been nothing but a nightmare for me. We are a group of friends who sit down together to trade, but when my Stoploss was hit, I had to inform the other brokers and listen to their lengthy explanations before they would even move. I had this experience twice. Truthfully, I am not happy.

I placed a sell trade on nzd/cad, my stop loss was 144 pips from their ask price but my stop loss was triggered. It was still in US session. There was no news event and their spreads was 24 pips.
