I have deposit 1000 USDT in this account and didn't make any trades..just open 0.01 lot of a trades mistakenly and then they have cencel the bonus promotion offer and freez my account with no reason and still my account is freezed ...I have make no profit in this account and couldn't withdraw my capital too

I am exposing Neex for using fake internal rules to steal my legitimately earned profits. I deposited $500 and made a $200 profit using strictly manual trading. I do not use any EAs, bots, or automated software.
When I requested a withdrawal, Neex wiped my $200 profit, claiming I violated "Rule 18" (which restricts trading volumes of 10 lots or more). However, as you can see in the attached MT5 logs, my maximum trade size was only 0.8 lots! Furthermore, they accused me of "rapid trade sequences," yet my trades were held open for 13 to 40 minutes.
Applying a 10-lot restriction rule to a 0.8-lot manual trader is mathematical nonsense. They returned my $500 deposit because they know what they did is illegal, but they confiscated the $200 profit. This is a clear warning to all traders: Neex is a B-Book broker that will manipulate its own terms to steal your money if you are a profitable retail trader.
