I must say, the absence of customer support is quite frustrating. It's disheartening to realize that reaching out to them for help or with any queries is practically pointless. A company in this industry should prioritize customer assistance, but unfortunately, that's not the case here. It leaves users like me feeling unsupported and uncertain. Improvement in customer service is definitely needed.
