美国对俄制裁升级，油价上涨

在拜登政府对俄罗斯石油出口商实施最严厉制裁后，油价持续上涨。据报道，美国的目标是限制苏尔古特石油天然气公司（Surgutneftegas）和俄罗斯石油公司（Gazprom Neft）等企业，这些企业占俄罗斯石油出口的25%以上。

消息发布后，WTI原油价格突破下降楔形，价格正在测试78支撑位和100日均线（黑线）。如果价格能够收于78支撑位之上，我们可能会看到价格突破200日均线（蓝线），并很快测试85阻力位。
