I traded with HQBroker a few years back, and to be honest, the trading environment was pretty unstable. The platform wasn't reliable at all and I experienced a lot of random disconnections. On top of that, their customer support was useless - I might as well have been talking to a brick wall. It was pretty frustrating overall.
