Customer service is quite poor at QSQ Markets. I had to inquire multiple times about the status of my deposits and withdrawals. The absence of a customer service manager is noticeable, and the sales representative I interacted with never responded. The real-time chat is sluggish and frequently shifts from one agent to another. Strangely, once you log into the client portal, the live chat option becomes unavailable, which I find odd. While some brokers offer better customer service, I don't intend to continue working with them in the long run.
