While the platform itself offers decent trading services, I have encountered an issue with withdrawing funds. Upon withdrawal, they deduct bonus funds, except for the initial deposit bonus. When inquired, their response was that all bonus funds (those given for reasons other than the initial deposit) are removed upon withdrawal.
