Central China Futures is a platform with customer service that leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been far from pleasant. The customer support, instead of being helpful, has been uncooperative and unresponsive. There have been issues with withdrawals, and it seems like they are more focused on persuading users to deposit repeatedly rather than addressing legitimate concerns. To top it off, my account was eventually frozen without any clear explanation, making it impossible for me to access the platform or get in touch with them.
