本人是ETO Markets代理，名下5个客户账户合计净值约$6003.01，平台以“交易违规”为由拒绝出金，仅允许提取本金。平台对“违规”的认定标准完全取决于交易结果是亏损还是盈利，而非交易行为本身。这是典型的选择性执行规则，严重违背公平交易原则。 一、开户前双重确认交易手法合规 2026年2月27日开户前，本人通过ETO官网在线客服咨询交易手法（收盘前几秒满仓，次日开盘出场）。客服明确回复：“平台没有限制客户交易的时间或交易方式规定”，并主动通知客户经理联系我。 随后客户经理与我沟通，表示向领导反馈。约一小时后回复：“领导说，只要您是正常交易、持单、正常盈利，Eto Markets是不会克扣客户的。您描述的交易情况，在Eto是可以正常出盈利的。” 二、亏损时平台从未认定违规 3月9日客户亏损，我向客户经理确认手法是否有问题，回复“风控那边没说这笔交易违规”。3月20日客户穿仓，申请负值清零，客户经理明确答复“正常清零”。 3月23日客户穿仓我们代客户申请清零后，在次向平台客服经理确认该手法是属于正常的，清零也是正常的 三、盈利后平台突然翻脸 3月28日，5个账户以完全相同手法交易并盈利。申请出金时，平台首次认定为“违规”，仅让出本金。平台邮件称违反客户协议第9.7条“滥用流动性测试”，但未提供任何具体订单编号、时间或证据，仅扣我返佣42.15美元。 四、核心质疑 手法相同：亏损时合规，盈利时违规。平台认定标准取决于盈亏结果，而非交易行为本身。这违背了开户前在线客服及客户经理的双重承诺。 五、诉求 兑现5个客户全部盈利（约$6003.01）； 撤销对我返佣的扣款。 证据：本人保留在线客服聊天记录、客户经理多次沟通记录（含领导回复）、平台邮件截图、交易记录，可随时提供。 ETO Markets存在多起盈利后无法出金的投诉，非个案。感谢天眼工作人员协助！ 注：以上截图仅为部分证据，如需更多我可随时提供。

这家平台从出来就是黑平台各种诱导客户交易然后相隔有半年左右就会出现各种恶意滑点恶意不给出金，总是能找出各种理由

They offer cTrader and a great selection of Forex trading pairs. It is one of my favorite brokers to date. The only issue I have is with their German entity. According to local laws they debit 26% of profits in withholding tax after each winning transaction but do NOT refund that amount when you have losing transactions. That results in way too much money being deducted at the end of each month. The only way to get those funds back is by filing a tax return.
