本人与平台邮件沟通申诉，当时平台不卡盘，我所有的空单手动都跑了，也不会造成所有的空单，拿在手上到最后爆仓。320是卡住不动，当时手动卖岀时卡盘无法卖出，最低回调到3198，无良的Ex平台造成我爆仓了，还不做任何赔偿。外汇天眼经理介入，我的诉求：要求平台赔偿我16,000美金。
