On 04.09.2024, I funded my Pu Prime account number 1765093 with 2990 dollars. I bought 3 lots of xauusd sell transactions in the form of 1-1-1 lots. And at the same time, I participated in the bonus campaign on this account. I received a bonus of $898. My transactions went negative by at most 2000 USD and returned from there. I made a profit of $3299 and closed my trades. Later, when I requested a withdrawal request, I was rejected many times by the risk department. I opened a new trading account with number 1767345, canceled my bonuses and transferred my money there. Later, I was rejected many times from there. They deleted my last profit and allowed me to withdraw my principal. They wiped out $3299 of my profit. I am very upset, please help me.
