I deposited approximately $15,000 and $6,600 USD with HFM.
During trading, my account equity reached around $36,000 USD. However, the company later reset approximately $15,000 USD profit from my account. Even after removing the profits, the remaining balance and principal funds should still have been around $21,600 USD.
Instead, HFM only returned approximately $7,000 USD, denied payment of around $15,000 USD, and then blocked my account without providing a proper explanation or fair resolution.
I traded under the normal trading conditions provided on the platform.
