I opened an account with GBT hoping to start trading quickly, but boy was I wrong. The trading platform was impossible to download and the customer service team took ages to respond to my inquiries. When they finally did, their responses were unhelpful and unsatisfactory. I regretted signing up with GBT and wish I had gone with another broker instead.
