Correction for my last post, money has been credited but I haven't attempted to withdraw yet, customer service is sketchy. will come back to leave one more review based on if they allow for withdrawals.

I should have checked the deposit as well in the meantime, my mistake on that one"
This was their reason for the sketchiness.
