I've been waiting for my withdrawal for more than three months now, and there's still no sign of it. Seriously, when am I going to get my money? The customer service is a joke – totally unhelpful and unprofessional. It's like they're not even trying to do their job. Can we please get rid of the dead weight in customer support who just draw a salary without doing anything?
