this so called multi regulated company holds my withdrawal for more then 24 hours now...i request withdrawal at 18 February 8:13 pm then at morning 19 February 6:33 am I got their message saying send your wallet address for withdrawal to be processed I send them my address at 19 February 6:34 am...n now it's 20 February morning 5:40 am n still did not receive my amount in my binance....the withdrawal status shows accepted but it is not completed yet...after chatting with support they are asking for some nonsense screenshot of my binance transaction...to see if I'm lieing to them......this is unbelievable...this is my first withdrawal....n this is what they are doing with small amount...
