I placed a buy order at 2031.53. The highest it got on their platform was 2030. 38. Yet it activated! I had a stop loss at 2024.43, which refused to activate! Why did the stop loss not work! I have sent them an email with screenshot evidence. Their excuse of a gap which does not appear on the chart does not suffice to explain why the stop loss refused to work. They have refused to refund. Highstone Capita lshould be avoided.
