The primary pain point for me has been their spreads - they're broad enough to be a concern and can take a significant bite out of the profits, which isn't ideal. When we talk commissions - let's just say, I'd be happier with something more competitive.

The biggest problem was there's no regulation for QRSFX. This means I felt worried and unsafe about my money there. This was a big red flag. The trading conditions at QRSFX were very bad. There was a lot of slippage. This means that I wanted to buy at a certain price, but the computer often bought it for more money. This made me lose out on profits. The spreads, the difference between the buying and selling price, were also bad. Once, it was even at 5 pips for EUR/USD! This made it very hard to make a profit. Overall, trading with QRSFX really wasn't fun. I was constantly worried about my money because of no regulation. The frequent slippage and high spreads made it very hard to make any profits.

They offered a 50% deposit bonus, which was very appealing to me. I opened an account and deposited £1000. After I deposited my money, I contacted customer support to claim my bonus. However, they told me that I was not eligible for the bonus because I had not traded enough volume. I was very disappointed, as I had been lured into opening an account with QRSFX under the false pretense that I would be receiving a bonus. I tried to reason with customer support, but they were not willing to give me the bonus. I felt cheated and betrayed.Overall, I am very disappointed with QRSFX. They are a dishonest and unethical broker. I would not recommend them to anyone.
