Everyone I dealt with at iBanFirst was courteous and helpful. But I particularly want to mention, and thank my advisor who sorted my particular problem with tolerance, empathy and understanding, kept me informed, and achieved my desired result extremely efficiently. Their great customer service deserves 5 stars.

I signed up with iBanFirst hoping to make use of their $30 welcome bonus, with a potential profit of up to $100. Unfortunately, when I tried to claim my earnings, they canceled my eligibility with a lame excuse – stating that I used a different email address during the account setup. It seems like they just don't want to pay up and are looking for any reason not to do so.

Constant calls, even after I said no. Tried their demo, not my thing. Asked to delete my account, but they don't seem to care. Too pushy for my liking – steer clear of iBanFirst.
