I've been a loyal customer of SAF for some time now, despite the numerous claims of it being a fraudulent trading platform. My main reason for sticking around is the remarkably low commission rates they offer. In fact, the zero-spread option they provide in the first 7 days is a nice touch, allowing me to concentrate on my trades without worrying about overnight fees.

I applied for a withdrawal on December 15th with SAF, but as of December 31st, the funds haven't reached my account. The email I used for communication was bounced back, indicating it might be a fake address. Surprisingly, my funds are no longer visible on their official website. Attempts to reach customer support have been futile, leaving me in the dark about the whereabouts of my money.
