First time was great. Deposited funds via bank transfer, showed up in my trading account within a day. But now... terrible. Same method for deposit. Money successfully transferred from my bank to theirs. But now it takes over a week to see it in my trading account.

I still have a few hundred dollars in my account balance, but now I can't even log in to their platform. Neither the account manager nor customer service can be reached. Can I get my money back? What am I supposed to do?
