Admittedly, I didn't review it annually due to my commitments running a large business and having maximized my pension contributions. However, over these years, the fund only grew by an average of 3.5%, which effectively resulted in a net loss when considering inflation. Additionally, with an advisory fee of £5,000 per year and fund fees of about 1%, I ultimately decided to transfer all my investments from UBS to a better one.

I deposited funds with the broker, but it hasn't reflected in my account. They told me I need to obtain a deposit proof for them to verify the deposit. The payment system communicates via API for payments, which are online 24/7, 365 days a year. These people just scammed my deposit. I used Capitec Pay for the payment. They asked me to wait for 30 minutes, I waited for 30 minutes, and then when I contacted them after 30 minutes, they told me there's a delay, and I have to go to the bank to sort out my issue.

Don't invest here. When I asked for money before, they asked me to pay huge taxes. I did not find this tax online. They said that this was the recent new tax on Hong Kong ... Scammers!
