When they finally replied, they initially believed it was my mistake. Eventually, they realized that the positions displayed on my screen were actually ten times their true value, with no acknowledgment of responsibility for this malfunction.

I've been trying to verify my account with MSMAX since January, but they keep rejecting my proof of residence. I provided my electricity bill in my name issued within the past 3 months, but they said they still need my paystub. I sent that over, and then they asked for my tax documents. I sent those too, and still, they denied everything!
