Although they advertise low spreads and fast trade executions, they fail to deliver on these promises. The trading platform is poorly designed and is prone to freezing, which makes it difficult to execute trades. Additionally, their customer service is unresponsive and not helpful in resolving issues.Furthermore, their withdrawal process is a complete nightmare. It takes an unnecessarily long time to withdraw funds from the account, and the process is very complicated.
