I opened an account with ModMount in early January 2024 and within a fortnight decided I did not wish to continue with the account. Accordingly I requested the return of my deposited funds to the source bank, along with closure of the Modmount account. Eight weeks have now passed and the funds have not been returned. Despite repeated requests for an explanation for not doing as requested, no explanation has ever been provided. Now the account has had all the deposited funds applied to "No activity fees" - which would not have happened had ModMount complied with my instructions. I will not be recommending Modmount - their client support services are totallay unacceptable.
