ALGO GLOBAL executed a trade on my account that depleted my remaining funds. This transaction isn't reflected in my MT5 platform's activity log. While the terminal shows a sell order, the deals tab contradicts this by indicating a buy. Despite contacting this broker for assistance, they dismissed my concerns, claiming the trade originated from my IP address and thus absolving them of any responsibility. However, a system glitch causing this discrepancy could still utilize my IP. I further pressed them regarding the conflicting buy and sell messages within the trade details, but my inquiry was disregarded.
