Honestly, Intelligent Quantum trading platform is easy to use, but their customer service can be a bit slow at times. Their fees are reasonable.👍

Their customer support fed me WRONG info about a trading product, specifically about a swap calculation date. Guess what? I LOST $1,000 on a trade! I contacted them about the issue, hoping for some compensation for their mistake. Instead, all I got was a lousy "sorry" and a big fat NO on any kind of reimbursement. I was trading a decent volume, around $20,000 every week! You'd think they'd value a customer like that, right?👎

Anyway, deposits are easy. For any withdrawals, it's either "The credit card you provided does not match the one used for deposit"......or "Your ***** Euro withdrawal request has been declined due to the method you have chosen". You are just like a bad joke.
