I asked to close my account and withdraw my funds, but they only allowed withdrawal to the initial bank account. I explained that my old bank account is closed a long time ago. They refused my withdrawal. They are scammers - that is what they are.

They said my withdrawal had some problems and it cannot be processed now. When i questioned the nature of the issue, they responded they were unsure. How ridiculous! Do you guys encounter such withdrawal problem?
